I contacted Faction through Email and they were extremely quick and easy to work with, even taking the time to answer a few small questions I had. Very friendly and willing to help you out!
The fenders themselves I had drop shipped from Japan and they arrived in extremely good condition. Fenders fit amazing and work very well with wisefab, actually allowing me to have good fitment once again.
Overall, very great product and just as great customer service!
Now I shall cast my tandems upon my friends whilst riding dirt nasty low and looking flossy <3
