Ever wonder why your differential always looks a little damp? Well we have some bad news for you, it's probably leaking!
Yes you heard that right, one of the lowest points on these chassis is the differential. This is a huge problem for anyone trying to lower their car more than the average amount. A few too many scrapes and before you know it its leaking fluid, which can of course lead to catastrophic failure of your differential.
The Futago Line Diff Saver is constructed from 1/8" Steel (making it the strongest on the market!) and is coated in a wrinkle black finish. Welded-on wear plates are also included on the bottom of the shield, so for those of you that run your cars REALLY low, these plates can be replaced when necessary. At its thickest, the shield is 1/4".
We have machined an access hole right where the diff drain is located as well, making fluid changes a breeze.
