When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. If they are not estimated, then there is no guarantee on a specific arrival date.
Some products are not stocked and require drop shipping. Due to this we can not always guarantee that the selected carrier will always be the service used.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase up to 30 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging, uninstalled. Some items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Open box items or used items are sold as is and are not refundable.
PREORDERS: Returned or cancelled preorders will be subject to a %50 restocking fee.
JAPAN ORDERS: Orders placed using our Japan drop ship service or ANY product shipping from Japan are non refundable. For larger items such as fenders and overfenders, they are too large to properly box and keep under max size limits. They will be lightly packed as best as possible with cardboard taped to the edges for protection, but they are still a high risk item for damage in transit. This rarely happens but it is possible. We can not be held responsible for damage occurred during shipping.
If your order is eligible for a refund and you start the process, you should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.
